Recently, I had to have our truck towed because it wouldn’t start. I called Browns Automotive and they were very accommodating and took the truck. They diagnosed the issue and called back within a day. They fixed it promptly. I felt like they were very thoughtful and cared about not only fixing my truck, but also pointed out a couple small things to keep an eye on. I trust this shop and appreciate their service.

I needed to get a quick assessment of a transmission issue for my Lincoln Mkc. I found Browns and made an appt for day after my search. We are very happy to be using Brown's Automotive Services on a regular basis. My wife and I feel that we can trust them to keep our vehicles in good working condition, and not commit to unnecessary work. Luckily, they are pretty close to where we live as well, which is a big plus! Very pleasant people to deal with, and seem quite honest. One less thing to worry about in today's troubled world.

This shop is excellent! They did the work I needed on time with no surprises. I will use them for all my car maintenance.

I had 3 buddies try to help me with a 440 that wouldn't start. It sat in the garage for over 2 years cause i have had 5 back operations and couldn't do the work myself. Took the car to Robin's place and in about 4 hours he had the car on the road again. I'll take my car there any time it needs work and know it will be fixed right. Thanx Robin

Brown’s is a great local auto shop. I’ve had service on my Toyota Camry and wife’s Subaru Outback done multiple times and I’m very happy with the price, quality, and service!

All a very nice experience. My first time at Browns repair shop. Problem diagnosed, repaired and delivered on time 👍.

Finally found an honest, yet usually busy mechanic. Got in first thing in the morning for my last oil change and was out in ½ hr. .. also bringing to my attention some stuff that is still covered under warranty that he scheduled for later in the month.. Browns is a busy shop with a reputation that makes it so and With the integrity that keeps them going.

Did an inspection of a car I was selling. Very thorough and fair. Easy to work with and took time to explain the issues in ways that normal people can understand. Highly recommended.

Very efficient and diagnosed issue promptly and another issue unrelated was a big bonus. The man doesn’t chit chat but he sure gets the job done and he knows what he is doing.

Had an idea interior water leak which soaked both front and rear drivers side floor mats. Brown’s did an outstanding job finding the leak (took 3 days!) and fixed it! Turned out to be leaking drivers door handle. Thanks for staying with it till you figured it out and fixed it! Great work !
